The Library Board represents the Longview Public Library both to the people of Longview and to the governing officials. The Board is made up of Longview citizens who volunteer their time to help in providing Longview with excellent library service.It is the trustee's obligation to:
Continuing to provide strong, effective, and community-oriented library services to its citizens is an ongoing goal of the Library Board of Trustees.

The Board meets the first Monday of each month at 4 p.m. Meetings are currently held concurrently in person in Council Chambers located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, 1526 Broadway, and online via Zoom.
